pricing policies

Daeton business offerings are very competitive. Pricing policies and credit terms include all quotations offered in Canadian funds and a 20% reserve of the Project total required upfront as a deposit and for use as working capital. Full payment is payable within 7 days of project completion. Overdue accounts are routinely logged with the Better Business Bureau and managed by collection agencies.

Retail Sales Tax Information Bulletin 1-98 "Internet Services and Web Page Designs" section stipulates that gateway, consulting, conferencing, hosting, data services, static web pages, applets for one person, and elements sent electronically are non-taxables services. However, for artwork or graphic designs sold on disk or delivered by hard copy RST applies to the total amount billed.

RST applies on the license fee of applets for more than one customer. Charges for custom programming related to the web page design remain exempt from RST provided such charges are shown separately from any taxable charges on the invoice or contract.
