As a specialty sales representative for the most important development in hockey training in years, you will be brining the IceAD™ to the grassroots level of hockey. Best of all it is a simple system that enables any hockey player of any age to greatly improve their skills and have fun at the same time.

Our research has shown that the Ice Advantage™ Hockey Training System sells best when demonstrated DIRECTLY IN THE HANDS OF HOCKEY PLAYERS. This means that the Ice Advantage thrives when brought directly to grassroots hockey. A truly Canadian invention, it is the best tool to improve basic, necessary hockey skills when ice time isn't available, or between practices. Each basic system comes complete with a professionally produced training video with twenty minutes of basic, intermediate and advanced drills.

Most of all, using the IceAD™ is fun! The first time you try it out you will be amazed by how much it feels like you're controlling the puck on real ice. The stick feels right and the puck glides with conviction, not bumpy and not made of plastic. Joining The Team

We know you are eager to get selling and the fastest way to get you started is to come and meet us. Our favourite place is at the rink, so we'll try to arrange a meeting at a tournament or other event where the Ice Advantage™ is featured. We do this so that you can experience first hand how people react to the Ice Advantage™ and also so that we can see how well you understand the market you will be selling to. After you've taken the time to check us out we'll discuss your commitment to being a grassroots representative.

We want you to be comfortable where and when you present the Ice Advantage and committing to your territory is important. Territories are based primarily on your ability to be accessible to grassroots hockey players. This means making a commitment to appear at tournaments, hockey schools, banquets, and other events where the IceAD™ can be featured.

Definitions

Due to the high shipping costs of the product the grassroots program is a tiered structure with a regional Master and whatever sales force they decide to employ in their efforts.

• Master: A Master agent takes on a small inventory, at a reduced purchase price available only to them. The margin between this purchase price and the suggested retail price is the profit. To expand the sales ability of the Master, we recommend that they employ sub-agents who will receive a flat-rate commission (e.g. from the profit margin) for every product the sub-agent sells.
  

• Sub-Agent: A sub-agent is an optional set of associates of a Master-agent. Sub-agents have no formal relationship with Post Primitive and receives product and commissions from the Master agent.
  

• Agent: An agent takes on no inventory, solely provides leads for pre-paid sales and is paid a commission by Post Primitive Technology.
